Yes, we seem to be experiencing the same delayed effects in our dog. He has been on Trifexis for over 2 years, but the symptoms have gotten much worse in the last couple of months. We didn't connect the symptoms to the Trifexis because they seem to get worse a week or two after administering the dose... Our neighbor's dog had also been on Trifexis for several years when it suddenly passed away without explanation. The prevailing theory was that their dog had gotten into a pesticide somewhere on their property, but now that we are seeing the same symptoms in our dog we can't help but wonder about the Trifexis.
