They could of printed a warning on box and make the heart worm test optional. Let people decide for them self what their pet need. People aren't idiots and able to decide for them self. How often this test is actually needed when likeliness of positive results is less than one case per clinic per year in my area? So with such small chance of dog getting one here who in their right mind pay extra grand every 6month (I have 3 dogs) to vet? That for last 5 years i purchased from place I'd rather not.
