Definitely possible. Here's what we know so far (maybe more links I'm not aware of, however):
1. Apoquel "works" by immune suppression
2. The immune system is behind Addison's disease: it's autoimmune. Self attacking self, in this case, the adrenal glands, critical to health
3. An even more likely factor are the vaccinations, which cause what I call "immune confusion" likely immediately post-vaccination, but which also lasts a very long time.
