Good for you. Better to find someone who has used it. My dog takes a half a dose during the spring and summer and does not need it during the winter. He has been on it for over two years and is a happy healthy pet that I once considered having to put to sleep to release him from his suffering. I shudder to think someone would cull any medication that works and let their animal suffer.

I also question this article. He says it isn't marketed for cats or puppies as if that is a smoking gun... newsflash, cats are completely different in the way they process meds. They lack some liver enzymes that dogs have. And there are plenty of things puppies can't have. Makes me wonder if the author is simply being a bit sensational or maybe hasn't done his research.
