The mindset shift is this, Dolores: nothing in conventional medicine can cure what they've created here, called chronic disease. p.s. actually curing chronic disease is also never DIY (do it yourself). Though people certainly try, and I wish it were possible, it's simply too complex to think a supplement or diet or lifestyle change will cure such a state.
