Wow, that's the most back-assward reasoning I think I've heard on this vaccine. As I've pointed out in both my free Rabies Short Course and it's deeper dive course, Rabies: Knowledge is Power, the rabies vaccine has, over and over again, caused rabies like symptoms in those vaccinated.
Mental aberrations are a hallmark symptom of the disease, and rabid people show profound anxiety (especially on hearing or seeing running water, hence the common older name "hydrophobia" given to the disease).
Tremors and seizures are common as well as the disease "lives" in the nervous system, so it's not unusual to see these symptoms post-vaccination as well.
You made a sound decision to leave this practice. Bonus points if you tell her why.
