I'm so sorry you lost your dog, but there's a larger story here. No one who "practices homeopathy for 40 years" should be using combo remedies. So, maybe he'd been "holistic" for 40 years, a much confused term with "homeopathic," but he was clearly not the homeopath to take on chronic disease. Whether the combo contributed to this death is an open question.
