Nosodes have a place, but only in early life. I teach an entire course on nosodes and tautodes and will see about releasing it again in 2017.
As to "certification," I think it unnecessary. If boarding and grooming facility owners have the upper hand in "calling the shots," and think "up to date" vaccinations are important, they should be fired and more enlightened ones found.
They are missing important understandings about duration of immunity and will damage animals by steadfastly holding to outdated requirements.
Mobile groomers and pet sitters are but one easy answer in most locales.
Spend money where it supports enhancing your animals' health! Vote with your pocketbook, and tell those you fire why.
