I don't personally, but on my Recommended Resources page, you'll find lists of holistic vets as well as homeopathic ones. That's a good place to start your search, both will sort by state. You'll have to ask each one you contact specifically if they'd be willing to write you a waiver, as not all will do that. Wish you the best!
