My dog has the same thing in the same spot but it doesn’t interfere with urination at all but I feel more judged because of the location. Somehow it just feels worse at that location. I don’t know what the wands are that you mentioned so im interested in a response from the dr. In that . In the mean time I will read up on the wands .
