Very cool, Jackie. It is exciting. Watch and wait is most applicable when there are signs that progress is being made, a healing process is taking place, evidenced by improvements continuing on some level. I'd not watch and wait if you're not seeing this on some level. It could be the proper remedy has not been found yet, and if things are status quo for weeks or months, it's time to move on to a new prescription.
We can be very objective about it all. Are symptoms lessening over time or staying stuck? In the former, Watch & wait! In the later, if it's been a month or more, represcribe. But that's what your homeopathic vet has to decide with your help.
