No, the materia medica you are citing is speaking of the metal in crude form, not the diluted remedy. If you abused the remedy even, giving it every day for a year (way more than I'm suggesting, if you review the protocol), it'd be extremely unlikely to cause anything like an abortion of a pregnant animal. It's one main reason I'm a homeopath and not an herbalist: these are super safe forms of medicine!
