Hi Eve, I think these folks are missing the genus epidemicus. Pitcairn points out that there's rarely need for more than one remedy unless the disease has progressed or has been changed by giving *other remedies* that are not the actual genus epidemicus. Quite clear, what Hahnemann wrote about all this, but few are as attuned to his work as Richard is.
