No homeopath I know would recommend continuous use of a remedy, nosode or otherwise. It's just not good practice.
And, in truth, I never saw a case of Lepto in 40 years of practice, most of which was in Austin, where dog paths were often along waterways. I think it's largely over blown by those who'd like to sell vaccines.
