Here's what I'd suggest, and it really doesn't matter where you are to get this fixed. Search a homeopathic vet via this video I've made: https://youtu.be/XyEklB8W6M0 Tell them you've got acute vaccinosis and let them recommend a remedy, based on a short appointment by telephone. They will need a few more details but it should be a pretty quick acute prescription.
Head to a health food store that carries homeopathic remedies and you'll have the fix, along with directions from the homeopathic vet on how to administer it. If your dog is dehydrated and seriously losing energy, she may have to have fluids. The vets that caused this should be the ones to give those fluids. All the best to you and her.
