Is it a red flag to get a puppy from a breeder that administers a 5-Way vaccine before 8 wks of age?

If my 3 yr old dog only had the puppy series of parvo/distemper, last being 14 weeks of age - can a new 12week old puppy with recent puppy vax infect my dog? My understanding is they shed the live virus for 21 days. Would nosodes be recommended for my 3 yr old to prevent illness? I have not titer tested and the new puppy was vaxxed by the breeder.

Are you aware of any protocols to use nosodes in place of Leptospirosis vaccines? My dog spends a lot of time at a relatives whose yard has a drainage issue. Heavy rains or snow melts and there is a lake of water in her yard. I have a 15 pound pug so am not keen on the vaccine.

I am going to pursue the nosodes in lieu of the rabies vaccine, I think, but the dilemma is that the law in Texas is rabies vaccines for cats. Is there a way to minimize the effects of the vaccine if we have to get it?

What if you have parvo on your property from a previous pet. Can we use nosodes or is it to dangerous to bring another pup home?
