My town does not go door to door. They haven’t got that much time on their hands- too much real crime to investigate.

Unfortunately some townships actually canvas the town knocking on every door and asking neighbors to see if you have a dog. So in some towns you MUST license or face very expensive fines and still have to license or loose the dog. Best to do it the right way and find a holistic vet.
