Hey Kelly, I, too, have been eating mushrooms more regularly since this interview! If I lived in the state, I'd be getting them from this company mentioned in the show, no question. In India, I've at least found some dehydrated Shiitake shrooms, imported from China. Quality control? Likely unheard of here so fingers crossed they are what they claim to be. Glad you enjoyed the show.
