For immune help in general, no, nosodes are specific only to the disease they are derived from. Motherboard (by Venjenz) is your best bet for immune support, no question.
My drug free HW protocol was born in Hawaii, but I have reservations about continuing any remedy year round. And, it's merely an option in my protocol, which works fine without it. If you want to add it to what you're doing, it needs a week or a month off now and then.
