While that's pretty interesting, I think the alcohol didn't "evaporate." You'd have to boil it to get it to evaporate.
So, you're adding a liver toxin to the dog throughout your treatment.
If it's truly the hops, perhaps your next experiment can be beer that's alcohol free. I understand they are getting pretty popular these days. Keep us posted if you try that, Candy.
