I suspect homeopathy could help this guy, even though his injuries are old now. But, I'd encourage you to get a homeopathic vet on board to get this done properly. I know Sue Armstrong (my own homeopath) and a few other vets are UK-based, and probably could help via telephone if they're not close to you.
