The groomer I use has NEVER asked for proof of vaccination. I have some elderly dogs who have had titers and they show no vaccines needed each time we do them.

Mobile groomers where you live? They'd have no right to demand vaccinations on your turf. Wild that groomers think they've got a right to decide on your animal's health decisions like this. They must have studied immunology for years. And will probably be willing to pay for any vaccine injury your dog would sustain after an unnecessary shot to get into their shop. Right?
