You are so right, Vital Animal Supporter. I know from personal experience what the "authorities" can do to you when you don't obey the "rules". People in the animal profession who are are willing to do the right thing are few and far between. And the same can be said for the human medical profession. They are rule followers for the most part.
I don't know any way to help the woman who asked for help. I wish I did. I know when I had trouble, I was all alone. So you are right, we do need a network.
