I think you both need to study this carefully, and consult with a lawyer. No where I'm aware of (in the US, at least) does ANYONE have the right to bust into your house (at gunpoint, no less) to take your pets away for lack of vaccinations.
If you're spreading fear based on strong opinions, they own you, and you are part of the problem.
